1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Daler, a personal finance application that combines artificial intelligence and gamification to help you manage your finances ("App," "Service," "Daler," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Hoang Nam, operating in partnership ("Publisher," "we," "us," or "our"), with its principal place of business in Hanoi, Vietnam.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Daler application on Android or iOS platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

Daler is available to users aged 3 years and older. However, users under the age of 18 ("Minors") must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using the App as a Minor, you represent that you have obtained such permission.

2.2 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account using one of the following methods:

• Personal email address
• Google account login
• Apple account login

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
